1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was arrested in connection with Crime No.76/2017 of PS- Bhilai.

2. As submitted by counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been suffering from kidney problem and admitted in the hospital for which she was referred for treatment to any higher medical center hence appropriate direction may be issued.

3. Learned counsel for the State opposes the petition and submission made on behalf of the petitioner

4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused all the documents placed on record.

5. Just on the humanitarian basis this petition is allowed at the motion stage.

6. Respondents are directed to provide adequate treatment to the petitioner in case, she is suffering from any disease dangerous to her life, from any higher medical center within the State.
