1. The petitioner has preferred this revision petition under Section 397 read with Section 401 of Cr.P.C. against the order dated 25.10.2021 passed by the Special Additional Sessions Judge, Pendra Road, District GourelaPendra-Marwahi, C.G. in Special Sessions Case No.39/2021 whereby charges under Sections 376(3), 314, 302 of Indian Penal Code and Sections 5(j)(II) 6 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 have been framed against the petitioner.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to prosecute this revision and seeks to withdraw the same.
