1. Shri Shishir Dixit, counsel appearing for the respondent submits that so far as the role that was required for the answering respondent, he has already done so and the respondent has already recommended the granting of compassionate appointment to the petitioner/applicant and the recommendation has been forwarded to the competent authority ie., Chief Executive Officer, Jila Panchayat, District: Bilaspur, who is the appropriate authority, who could grant compassionate appointments to the petitioner/applicant.

2. Given the fact that the Respondent No. 2 has recommended for considering the case of the applicant for compassionate appointment, this Court is of the opinion that the order as directed to

-2the respondents stands complied with. However, in case, if the concerned Chief Executive Officer does not comply the directive given by this Court, the applicant may avail appropriate recourse available to him under the law.
