1. It is submitted by the counsel for petitioner that respondent No.4 is a Transport Union of which the petitioner is member. The respondent No.4 has illegally restrained the petitioner from deploying her vehicles. On a complaint made, the SDO by conducting the inquiry, ordered respondent No.4 directing to allow the petitioner for plying her vehicles

Page No.2 vide order dated 14.1.2021 and 18.1.2021 (Annexure-P/2). Respondent No.4 has refused to comply with order of SDO. The petitioner has also made a complaint to the Registrar Firm & Societies. Copy of the complaints dated 2.9.2021 & 29.9.2021 are Annexure-P/3, but the respondent No.2 & 5 have not given any consideration on the complaint given. Therefore, prayer is made to issue directions to the Registrar Firm & Societies to inquire into the complaint made by the petitioner and take decision on the same.

2. Learned State counsel opposes the submissions made by counsel for petitioner.

3. After considering on the submissions and perusing the documents present on the record of the petition, the petition is disposed off at the motion stage. The respondent No.2 & 5 are directed to give consideration on the complaints filed by the petitioner dated 2.9.2021 and 29.9.2021, if necessary make an inquiry and take decision on the same at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from today.
