2. The petitioner is claiming easementary right through the portion of Government land for having access to his agricultural land, the details of which are mentioned in Annexure P/1.
3. The petitioner has a remedy to approach the jurisdictional Revenue Court under Section 131 of the Chhattisgarh Land
Revenue Code, 1959 (in short "the Code, 1959"), seeking right to way, therefore, the writ petition is not maintainable.
4. The petitioner may invoke the jurisdictional Revenue Authority under the Code, 1959.
