The limited grievance that the petitioner has prayed in the present writ petition is for an appropriate direction to the respondents to consider
and decide the representation that the petitioner has made pursuant to the order of promotion dated 22.02.2019 Annexure P-3. 2.
According to the petitioner, in the said order Annexure P-3, many persons junior to the petitioner have been promoted but no reason has been assigned as to why the petitioner has been left or he has not been considered for promotion.

Given the limited prayer that the petitioner has, let the respondents 2 to 4 consider the case of the petitioner and take an appropriate decision on the representation of the petitioner specifically deciding as to why the petitioner either has not been found fit for promotion or was not considered for promotion.

Let this exercise be completed within a period of 4 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
