Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that for the crop damage the petitioner were duly ensured under the Pradhan Mantri Fasal Yojna but respondent authorities have not paid the sum insured to the petitioner. 2.

Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make representation before respondent No.1 for redressal of her grievance who, in turn, shall consider and dispose of the petitioner's case strictly in accordance with law expeditiously.
