Hon'ble Shri Justice Arvind Singh Chandel Order On Board 24/09/2021

1. Vide communication dated 22.09.2021, It has been informed by the office of Jail Superintendent, Central Jail Bilaspur (C.G.) that in this case the appellant has already released from the jail on 03.09.2021, after completion of entire jail sentence imposed upon him by the Trial Court.

2. Learned Counsel for the Appellant submits that since the appellant has already released from concerned jail, after completion of entire jail sentence imposed upon him by the Trial Court, therefore, he does not want to press the instant appeal.

3. In view of the above submission, the instant appeal is dismissed as not pressed.
