Advocate for the State. The present MCC has been filed seeking modification of the Order dated 22.08.2019 passed in WPS No. 6534 of 2019. The modification sought for is in the cause title, where the status of the petitioner has been reflected as retired Principal, whereas it ought to have been retired Head-Master. The said limited modification is not opposed by the State Counsel, subject to the fact being verified from the records by the concerned authorities.

Given the aforesaid facts, the present MCC stands allowed. The Order dated 28.08.2019 passed in WPS No. 6534 of 2019 stands modified to the extent that the status of the Petitioner in the cause-title shall be read as "Retired Head-Master" instead of "Retired Principal".

With the aforesaid modification, the present MCC stands allowed and disposed off.

Let a copy of this Order be made a part of record of WPS No. 6534 of 2019.
