The limited relief that the petitioner has sought for in the present writ petition, is for an appropriate direction to the respondents to immediately relieve the petitioner to the transferred place.

According to the petitioner, he has been transferred vide order dated 20.8.2019 from Gariyaband to Durg, however, the said order has not been complied with and, therefore, an appropriate order be passed for ensuring the petitioner to be relieved at the earliest.

Given the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this Court is of the opinion that ends of justice would meet if the respondents no. 4 & 5 are directed to ensure that the order of transfer dated 20.8.2019 is complied with ensuring that the petitioner is relieved at the earliest unless the order dated 20.8.2019 so far as the petitioner is concerned is amended, modified or cancelled. 4.
