1. Challenge in the present Writ Petition is to the portion of the order dated 20.08.2019 so far as shifting the place of posting of the petitioner is concerned.

2. At the outset, this court is of the opinion that the order is an appealable order as there is punishment also which has been inflicted by the same order. Since, the petitioner without preferring an appeal to the appellate authority has preferred the present writ petition, reserving the right of the petitioner to prefer an appeal, the present writ petition in its present form at this stage stands rejected on the ground of there being alternative statutory remedy of appeal available to the petitioner.

-23. Subject to the petitioner's preferring an appeal within a period of 30 days, the appellate authority is expected to decide the appeal within a further period of 60 days from the date of receipt of appeal.
