The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.397/2016 registered in Police Station Civil Lines, Raipur, District Raipur (C.G.) for offence punishable under sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 411, 34 of Indian Penal Code. 2.

As per the prosecution case, the applicant alongwith co-accused has prepared the fake ID card and Yogendra Sinha and Anil had obtained loan from Bajaj Finance Company and purchased TV, fridge and AC and distributed amongst them.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the other coaccused has been enlarged on bail on 4/10/2016 vide M.Cr.C. No.6118 of 2016. He submits that charge sheet has been filed, no further investigation is necessary, applicant is in jail since 11/07/2016, offences are triable by JMFC, therefore the applicant may be released on bail. 4.

Learned State counsel opposes the prayer for grant of bail. 5.

Perused the case diary and the documents. Considering the fact that co-accused has been enlarged on bail on 4/10/2016 vide M.Cr.C.

No.6118 of 2016, also considering the nature and degree of allegation, charge sheet has been filed, no further investigation is necessary, offences are triable by JMFC and the applicant is in jail since 11/07/2016, this court is inclined to release the applicant on bail. 6.

Accordingly, the bail application is allowed and it is directed that the applicant shall be released on his furnishing personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like sum to the satisfaction of concerned trial court for his regular appearance before it as and when directed.
