Grievance of the petitioner is that though he has retired on 31.3.2018, except for anticipatory pension no other retiral dues have been released to the petitioner and neither has there any reason been assigned to him for the same.

Given the limited grievance, let respondent no.2 take a decision on the dues payable to the petitioner at the earliest and ensure that the retiral dues, if it is to be paid to the petitioner, be paid, at the earliest, within a period of 90 days.
