(1) The applicant has filed this second application for grant of anticipatory bail as he is apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No.350/2014 registered at police station Chakarbhata, District Bilaspur for the offence punishable under Sections 304 part-II, 308, 120-B, 420, 270 & 276 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

(2) The applicant's first bail application for anticipatory bail was dismissed on merits by this Court by order dated 27.11.2015 passed in M.Cr.C. (A) No.54 of 2015.

(3) Having heard learned counsel appearing for the parties, having regard to the facts & circumstances, I do not find any change in circumstances to entertain this second application for grant of anticipatory bail. Thus, the bail application is rejected. Sd/- (Sanjay K. Agrawal) Judge D/-
