Hon'ble Shri Justice P.Sam Koshy Order On Board 03/11/2016 The present revision petition has been filed assailing the order dated 24.08.2016 passed by the 1st Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Raipur in Case No. 555/2015.

A perusal of the impugned order clearly reflects that the said application under Section 125 Cr.P.C. was dismissed as not pressed by the present applicant. 3.

Counsel for the applicant assailing the impugned order submits that the said order was obtained being misguided by the respondent-husband and therefore he intends to pursue the claim application afresh.

This Court does not find any strong ground to interfere with the impugned order as nothing precludes the applicant for filing a fresh claim application as the earlier claim application was dismissed as not pressed and it was not decided on merit.

With the aforesaid observation and liberty the present criminal revision stands dismissed.
