This is the third bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 42/2015, registered at Police Station-Deoghobh, Distt. Gariyaband (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Sections 409, 420, 423, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the IPC.

After dismissal of two bail applications, I do not find any good or new ground to entertain this third bail application. Consequently, third bail application is also rejected. However, the trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. A copy of this order be sent to the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Deobhog through the concerned District and Sessions Judge.
