This application under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No. 157/2016 registered at Police Station Koni, District Bilaspur (C.G.) for offence punishable under Sections 457, 380 of IPC. 2.

As per the prosecution case, a report was made by Suresh Tawadkar that in between 9/06/2016 and 10/06/2016 after opening of the school it was found that from the computer room 10 computer sets alongwith printer and other equipments were stolen. Thereby, offence has been committed.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that there has been several raid has been conducted in the house of the applicant but nothing was found, as such the applicant has been falsely implicated in the case, therefore he may be granted benefit of anticipatory bail. 4.

Learned State counsel opposes the prayer for grant of

anticipatory bail.

Perused the case diary and the documents. Considering the evidence so collected and the matter is being investigated, I am not inclined to extend benefit of anticipatory bail to the applicant. 6.
