It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the land of the petitioner was acquired by the SECL. The compensation was determined and the petitioner has received compensation of Rs.50,836/-, whereas, the actual market value of the land is Rs.10.00 lakhs, therefore, the petitioner has filed a representation, before the respondent No.1 raising objection on the amount of compensation awarded to him. Representation is pending and not decided so far, therefore, appropriate direction be issued.

Learned State counsel opposes the petition, however, he submits that the petition may be disposed off with direction. 3.

After considering on the submissions and after perusing the documents filed along with the petition, this petition is disposed off at motion stage. The respondent No.1 is directed to consider on the representation filed

by the petitioner on dated 19.10.2020 and take decision on the same at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from today. 4.
