This petition is for modification of the order dated 18/10/2016 passed in M.Cr.C. No.5188/2016.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that by mistake Police Station has been shown as Tamnar but actually it is Police Station Chakradhar Nagar, District Raigarh. He submits that by inadvertance earlier Police Station Tamnar was shown, therefore that may be corrected.

Learned State counsel do not oppose prayer for modification.

Considering the facts, it is directed that in order dated 18/10/2016 passed in M.Cr.C. No.5188/2016 the Police Station be read as Police Station Chakradhar Nagar, District Raigarh instead of Police Station Tamnar.

With such observation, petition stands disposed off.
