It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is owner of land bearing Khasra No.663/1 measuring 0.610 hectare situated in Sarkanda, Bangalipara, Tahsil and District Bilaspur (C.G.). The petitioner had bonafide requirement to sell of his property as his son was heart patient and there was requirement for his treatment and also for the other reasons which are present. The application filed before respondent No.2 on 11-08-2021 is pending and no decision has been taken on the same so far. Therefore, prayer has been made for issuance of specific direction. 2.

The State counsel opposes the submission and submits that this petition may be disposed off with direction.

After considering on the submissions made by learned counsel for both the parties and perusing the documents present in the record of the petition, this petition is disposed off at motion stage and respondent No.2 is directed to

-2take decision on the application filed by the petitioner making prayer for permission for sale of his landed property at the earliest preferably within a period of 30 days from today. With these observations this petition is disposed off.
