1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order Annexure P-1 dated 23.08.2019 whereby the services of the petitioner have been transferred

from Digma, district Surguja to Giriverganj, district Balrampur-Ramanujganj.

2. The challenge to the impugned order is on medical ground. According to the petitioner, she is a kidney donor and regular medical attention is required for her. Counsel for the petitioner submits that at this juncture if the petitioner is transferred, she would face much difficulty. It is also the contention of the petitioner that her husband is also a government employee and it is her husband to whom she has donated her kidney. Hence, it is all the more necessary to remain at the present place of posting so that both husband and wife may take care to each other.

3. Given the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner make a detailed representation in this regard to the respondents within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and the respondents in turn shall consider the representation of the petitioner sympathetically within a further period of 45 days from the date of receipt of the representation.

4. Till the representation of the petitioner is decided, the effect and operation of the impugned order so far as the petitioner is concerned shall remain stayed.
