The applicant has preferred this bail application under Section 439 of CrPC, as he has been arrested in connection with Crime Nos.507/2015, 493/2015 and 491/2015, registered at Police Station Bemetara, District Bemetara for the offence punishable under Sections 379, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B, 413, 34 of IPC. 2.

It is not in dispute that vide order dated 17.12.2015 in MCRC No.7070/2015, co-accused Aejaj Khan @ Ajju has been released on regular bail and thereafter co-accused Haidar Ali @ Sonu Shah has been granted bail by the Supreme Court in Criminal Appeal No.1293/2017 and co-accused Habib Miyan has been allowed regular bail by this Court in MCRC No.6367/2017. 3.

The allegations against the present applicant being more or less similar, the present bail applications are also allowed. The applicant is directed to be released on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court. He is directed to appear before the trial Court on each and every date given by the said Court. 4.
