1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he has been suspended by order dated 06.10.2021 by order of District Education Officer which is based on incorrect facts, therefore it is liable to be revoked for which he has already made representation.

2. Perused the documents and heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Be that as it may, considering the facts, District Education Officer is directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner strictly in accordance with law within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. It is further directed that order relating to change of head quarter shall remain stayed till the representation is decided.
