This is second bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. The earlier bail application was dismissed as withdrawn on 30/08/2016 with liberty to repeat the prayer after 4 months.

On being asked, learned counsel for the applicant is unable to submit any fact as to what is the change of circumstances to reconsider this repeat bail application before four months.

Considering the facts, as no change of circumstances appears to have taken place, I am not inclined to entertain this second bail application.
