Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that because of subsequent development and the subsequent fresh writ petition having been filed i.e. WPS No.7750 of 2019, he intends to withdraw this petition with liberty to pursue the subsequent writ petition i.e. WPS No.7750 of 2019.

The counsel for the respondent No.4 has some objection so far as withdrawal of the writ petition is concerned on the ground of suppression of facts. However, so far as petitioner is concerned, since he was voluntarily withdrawing the writ petition, the occasion for considering the objection raised by the respondent No.4 does not arise at this juncture. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
