This application has been filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. which is second bail application before this Court filed by the applicant for grant of regular bail. The applicant has been arrested on 20-12-2017 in connection with Crime No.666/2017 registered at P.S. - Sarkanda, District- Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh for the offence under Section 302/34 of the IPC. 2.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant does not want to press on prayer for grant of regular bail, instead of that, temporary bail of two months be allowed in favour of the applicant for the purpose of getting her child of one year treated properly as the child is unable to get proper treatment inside the jail.

Learned counsel for the State/non-applicant opposes the submission. 4.
Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents. 5.
Considering that earlier also this applicant has been granted temporary bail and she has not misused the liberty and looking to the report regarding health of the child of the applicant, I feel inclined to grant temporary bail to the applicant. Therefore, the application is allowed with modification granting
-2temporary bail of two months. It is directed that the applicant shall be released on temporary bail for a period of two months on her furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like sum to the satisfaction of the concerned Court.
