The present Writ Petition has been filed claiming for relief as has been granted by this Court in the case of Mukesh Kumar Patel & Anr. v. State of Chhattisgarh & Anr. [WPS No. 2530/2017 d/on 28/11/2017].

However, perusal of record would show that, the petitioner has till date not completed 8 years of service.

In the given facts, the instant Writ Petition stands disposed off with a direction to the petitioner to raise his appropriate claim before the competent

authority in the light of the judgment of Mukesh Patel (Supra) after his completion of the requisite length of service as is required. 4.
