This is an office reference based on the request letter dated 16/08/2019 sent by the Court of JMFC, Durg (C.G.), for extension of time for final disposal of Complaint Case No. 7669/2015 (Dinesh Shahbani vs. Divyanand Singh Rajput).

Earlier, this Court vide order dated 30/04/2019 had granted a period of three months to the Court of JMFC, Durg (C.G.) to dispose of the Complaint Case No. 7669/2015, which has not been complied and further extension of time has been sought by the Court of JMFC, Durg (C.G.) to comply with the order passed by this Court.

Considering the request made and the grounds stated in the letter, further time of 60 days' is granted to the Court of JMFC, Durg (C.G.) to dispose of the said complaint case by taking the trial on day-to-day basis. 4.

Accordingly, this MCC stands disposed of.
