1. Challenge in the present Writ Petition is to the order of transfer dated 23.08.2019.

2. Without entering into the merits of the case, the counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be permitted to make a detailed representation to the respondents raising all the grievances which has been raised in this petition, and the respondents, in turn, may decide the same as expeditiously as possible.

3. The said prayer is not opposed.

4. Accordingly, subject to petitioner's making a detailed representation, in addition to the representation that she has made, the respondent authorities are directed to consider and decide the same in accordance with transfer policy so far as Husband and Wife being retained at the same place is concerned as far as possible accommodating the petitioner at a nearby place, preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of representation.
