The challenge in the present Writ Petition is to the order Annexure-P/1 dated 05.09.2018 whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Basna Distt. Mahasamund to Bastar (CG).

The counsel for the petitioner submits that, the action on part of the respondents clearly falls within the ambit of frequent transfer. He further submits that the petitioner was transferred on 21.07.2017 from Narayanpur to Basna and on the basis of which he joined at Basna on 28.07.2017 and in barely within a short span of one year, the present impugned order has now been passed.

The aforesaid factual matrix is not in dispute by the counsel for the respondent/State.

In the given facts, let the petitioner make a detailed representation to the concerned respondent within a period of 10 days from today and the respondents, in turn, is directed to decide the same within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of representation of the petitioner.
