While dealing with the similar issue in writ petitions and contempt petitions arising therefrom, a Coordinate Bench of this Court has passed the following order on 01.11.2018 in the said contempt petitions i.e. Cont No.255 of 2018 and other connected petitions : "1.

Ms. Shailbala Martin, the contemnor, who is present before the Court in person at the outset has submitted that in order to make payment of dues to the petitioners the interest are being calculated fairly submits that the entire efforts have been made to get the funds from the finance department and because of the ensuing election, there has been some delay in release of funds. The submission is made before the Court that within a period of three months the legitimate dues with calculation would be settled.

As appears as of now the reasons pointed out by the contemnor appears that no deliberate efforts are made for not honouring the dues to the petitioners. Considering the statement made in the Court, the petitions are disposed of with a direction to make the payment within a further period of three months from today. It is further made clear that if the payments are not released then the petitioners would be at liberty to approach the Court again and may revive their claim. The petitions are disposed of only on the statement made on behalf of the Managing Director, who is present in person before the Court." 2.

Upon hearing learned counsel for the petitioner, the present contempt petition is also disposed of in the same terms. Sd/- Prashant Kumar Mishra Judge Nirala
