(2) This is the third bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.1007/2011 registered at Police Station Supela, District Durg, for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468 & 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code. (3) The applicant's first & second bail applications were dismissed on merit by order of this Court dated 10.08.2015 & 29.01.2016 passed in M.Cr.C. No.3157/2015 & M.Cr.C. No.769/2016, respectively.

(4) After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties and taking into consideration the totality of facts and circumstances of the case, I do not consider it a fit case to entertain the third bail application. Consequently, the third bail application is rejected. (5) Certified copy as per rules.
