(1) The accused/applicant has moved this second bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No. 516/2014 registered at Police Station Tikrapara, Raipur, District Raipur for the offences punishable under Section 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

(2) The applicant's first bail application was dismissed on merits by this Court vide order dated 18.02.2015 passed in M.Cr.C. 208/2015.
