1. Aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondents in not deciding the representation which the petitioner has made in respect of alleged cancellation of allotment of dealership outlet issued by the respondents in favour of the petitioner, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as of now the writ petition be disposed of directing the respondents to take an appropriate decision on the representation in accordance with law at the earliest.

3. The counsel appearing for the State does not oppose for the same.

4. Given the limited prayer, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the respondents to take an appropriate decision strictly in accordance with law and guidelines pertaining to allotment of the dealership at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
