Ms. Sunita Jain, Government Advocate for the State. The present MCC has been filed seeking restoration of WPC No. 1126 of 2012 which got dismissed for want of prosecution on 19.07.2018.

The MCC is also filed seeking restoration of MCC No. 490 of 2019, which was allowed by this Court on 17.06.2019 directing the petitioner/applicant to deposit fine of Rs. 2500/- before the Chhattisgarh High Court Bar Association Library Fund, Account No. 32749718036 within 7 days.

The counsel for the applicant submits that the amount was deposited by the petitioner/applicant on 27th June, 2019. The copy is already shown as Annexure R-3.

Considering the reasons assigned in the MCC sufficient ground for restoration of Order dated 17.06.2019 as well as restoration of WPC No. 1126 of 2012 is made-out.

Accordingly, WPC No. 1126 of 2012 stands restored to its original number.
