1. The limited grievance that the petitioner has made in the present writ petition is for a direction to the respondent No.2 & 3 to decide the representation of the petitioner so far as claim of the petitioner for revision of pay which the petitioner is entitled for as has been given to other similarly placed persons in the other districts.

2. The limited prayer is not opposed by the State counsel.

3. Accordingly, respondent No. 2 & 3 are directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner at the earliest so far as his claim for benefit of revision of pay is concerned. Resondent

No.2 & 3 are expected to take a decision within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the aforesaid observation, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
