(2) This is the third bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.355/2015 registered at Police Station Urga, District Korba (CG), for the offence punishable under Sections 420/34, 467, 468, 471, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code. (3) The applicant's first & second bail applications were dismissed on merit by order of this Court dated10.02.2016 & 28.09.2016 passed in M.Cr.C. No.513/2016 & M.Cr.C. No. 6263/2016, respectively.

(4) After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties and taking into consideration the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, I do not consider it a fit case to entertain the third bail application. Consequently, the third bail application is rejected. (5) Certified copy as per rules.
