Hon'ble Smt. Justice Rajani Dubey Order On Board 26.10.2018 Heard on application (MCC) for restoration of FA (M)( No. 12/2009. Though the prayer is opposed by the other side, taking into consideration the cause shown in the application, I am satisfied with the ground as mentioned for his non-appearance when the case was called on for hearing.
