The present MCC has been filed seeking modification of the Order dated 05.09.2019 passed in WPS No. 6965 of 2019. The modification sought for is to the extent that, the status of the Respondent No. 03 is concerned.

The counsel for the petitioner submits that, the Respondent No. 3 in fact is a "Forest Ranger" but inadvertently "Forest Guard" is reflected in the cause title and prays for appropriate modification to that extent.

The said modification is not opposed by the State Counsel. Accordingly, the present MCC stands allowed. The status of the Respondent No. 03 shall be read as "Forest Ranger" instead of "Forest Guard".

Let a copy of this Order be made a part of record of WPS No. 6965 of 2019.
