This petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been brought with prayer for modification in the order dated 13.09.2018, passed in M.Cr.C. No.6312/2018 by this Court.

It is submitted that crime number has been wrongly mentioned in Paragraph No.-2 of the impugned order as Crime No.124/2018, whereas it should have been as Crime No.88/2018. Hence, it is prayed that modification be made accordingly. 3.
State counsel opposes the petition and the submission made in this respect.

After perusal of the documents attached with the petition, it is apparent that clerical error has been committed and the Crime No.124/2018 has wrongly been mentioned in Paragraph-2 of the impugned order.

Accordingly, the petition is allowed and it is ordered that the Crime No.124/2018 mentioned in the paragraph No.-2 of the impugned order be read as Crime No.88/2018. Copy of this order be made part of the order dated 13.09.2018, passed in M.Cr.C. No.6312/2018.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed off.
