This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.103/2017, registered at Police Station Suhela, District Balodabazar-Bhatapara (CG) for the offence punishable under Section 420 of IPC.

Considering the manner, in which, the applicant, who is working as a Clerk in the Cooperative Bank, has retained the ATM card of the complainant and withdrew the amount of Rs.5,30,000/- between the period from 14.6.2017 to 23.7.2017, this Court is not inclined to release the applicant on bail at this stage.

Accordingly, the bail application is rejected reserving liberty in favour of the applicant to repeat the prayer after examination of the complainant. Sd/- Judge (Prashant Kumar Mishra) Shyna
