1. Present MCC has been filed seeking restoration of WPS No. 1048/2010, which got dismissed on account of peremptory order passed by this Court on 16.05.2018.

2. For the reason assigned in the said application and finding them to be satisfactory, this Court is of the opinion that a strong case for allowing the MCC has been made out. Accordingly, the present MCC stands allowed and WPS No. 1048/2010 stands restored to its original number.

3. List the original writ petition i.e. WPS No. 1048/2010 for further consideration in the next week.

4. Let a copy of this order be made part of the record of WPS No. 1048/2010.
