After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this application with a request to direct the trial Court to expedite the trial. In view of the submission made, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

The trial Court is requested to expedite the trial as early as possible taking into consideration the fact that the applicant is in jail since 16.02.2016.
