(2) This is the third bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.92/2015, registered at Police Station Ganj, District Raipur, for the offence punishable under Sections 420 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

(3) The first & second bail applications of the applicant were dismissed on merit by order of this Court dated 23.09.2015 & 07.04.2016 passed in M.Cr.C.No.5050/2015 & M.Cr.C.No.2194/2016 respectively.

(4) After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties and taking into consideration the totality of facts and circumstances of the case, I do not consider it a fit case to entertain the third bail application. Consequently, the third bail application is rejected. (5) Certified copy as per rules.
