The applicant has preferred this bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. in connection with Crime No.322/2017 registered at Police Station Mohan Nagar, District Durg (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 392, 394, 427, 34 of IPC.

The counsel for the applicant prays for withdrawal of the bail application with liberty to revive the same after the material witnesses are examined. 3.
