1. This is first bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking grant of regular bail to the applicant in connection with Crime No. 202/2017 registered at Police Station Mahasamund, Distt. Mahasamund for the offence punishable u/s 306/34 of IPC.

2. As per the prosecution case, one Manisha committed suicide by setting herself on fire on 20.07.2015. She was married to the son of applicant on 21.04.2015. It is alleged that the present applicant who is mother-in-law used to abet her for different reasons, consequently she committed suicide.

3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that nothing is on record to show that the applicant has abetted the deceased to commit suicide and only the omnibus allegations have been made against the in-laws. He further submits that the charge sheet has been filed; the applicant is in jail since 19.09.2017 and no further investigation is necessary,

therefore, the applicant may be enlarged on bail.

4. On the other hand, learned State Counsel opposes the bail application.

5. Considering the facts situation of the case especially the fact that the charge sheet has been filed, no further investigation is necessary and the applicant is a lady and is in jail since 11.09.2017, I am inclined to allow this bail application.

6. Accordingly, this application is allowed and the applicant is directed to be released on bail on her executing a personal bond in sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like sum to the satisfaction of the concerned trial Court for her appearance before the said Court as and when directed. C.c.
