1. The challenge in the present Writ Petition is to the impugned order Annexure P/4 dated 22.08.2019 whereby the services of the petitioner has been transferred from the post of Block Education Officer, Antagarh, District Kanker to Govt. Middle School Antagarh, District District Kanker.

2. The ground of challenge is that the petitioner on an earlier occasion was also transferred on 07.03.2019 and the petitioner had challenged the said order vide WPS No. 1999/2019 and this Court had already granted an interim protection in favour of the petitioner on 19.03.2019 and that writ petition is still pending and the interim order is also in operation.

However, ignoring the said interim protection the petitioner has been again transferred vide Annexure P/4.

3. Given the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner make a detailed representation to the respondents within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order and the respondents in turn shall decide the same within a further period of 45 days from the date of receipt of the representation.

4. Meanwhile, the effect and operation of the impugned order Annexure P/4 shall remain stayed, so far as the petitioner is concerned. While deciding the representation, the respondent authorities shall take note of the impugned order granted by this Court on 19.03.2019 in WPS No. 1999/2019 in respect of the very same petitioner.

5. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
