Grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has been transferred from Sub Health Centre Kakna, Block Rajpur, District Balrampur-Ramanujganj to Sub Health Centre Karri Chalgali, Block Balrampur, District BalrampurRamanujganj, which is 100 km away. 2.

It is contended that the wife of the petitioner is working at Ambikapur as Assistant Professor in the Govt. aided College, therefore, the transfer of the petitioner to other place would defeat the transfer policy. It is further contended that the mother of the petitioner is a heart patient, therefore, the transfer of the petitioner may be canceled.

Considering the fact that the wife of the petitioner is working as Assistant

Professor in the College and further considering the medical documents of the mother of petitioner, it is directed that the petitioner may make a representation before the respondent No.1 within a period of 3 weeks from today, who, in turn, shall consider and decide the same within an outer limit of 45 days from the date of receipt of the representation. Till then the transfer of the petitioner shall not be given effect to, if it has not been carried out till date.
