The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.101/2016 registered in Police Station Khadgawan, District Korea (CG) for offence punishable under sections 489(A),(C), 34 of Indian Penal Code. 2.

As per the prosecution case, on 7/07/2016 on raid being conducted from the possession of Lalit Kumar Sahu Rs.15,000/- was recovered and from the room of the applicant Rs.25,000/- fake currency were recovered alongwith colour printer, scale, cello tape, pencil, paper cutter etc. Subsequently, applicant was arrested and from the applicant 10 notes of Rs.500/- denomination total Rs.5000/- were recovered which were fake. 3.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicnat has been falsely implicated in the case, seizure has been made from Lalit Kumar Sahu and at his instance notes were recovered, the applicant has given the house on rent to Lalit Kumar Sahu, therefore the applicant may be released on bail.

Learned State counsel opposes the prayer for grant of bail. 5.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, taking into

fact seizure made from the applicant and seizure of computer, printer etc. alongwith fake currency notes, this court is not inclined to release the applicant on bail.
