1. The grievance of the petitioner from the submissions made by the counsel for the petitioner appears that the petitioner though has been ordered to be granted the benefit of revised pay scale w.e.f. 12.01.2015 but till date it has not been implemented so far as the petitioner is concerned and according to the petitioner he is still being paid salary at the pre revised rate. The petitioner also has made the representation in this regard to the District Education Officer i.e. respondent No.3 but till date the same also has not been decided.

2. Given the limited grievance that petitioner has, let petitioner in addition to the representation Annexure P-2 that he has made in the year 2018 may make a fresh representation and respondent No.3 in turn shall decide the same within a further period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of representation.
